Product Features:
This product combines two classic swings, allowing both individual and group swinging. With a baby seat and a flat swing, the structure provides shared play for toddlers and school-age children alike.

The product complies with standards MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 and MSZ EN 1176-2:2017+AC, and has a playground compliance certificate.

Materials and Structural Design:
The support leg is made of edge-bent, powder-coated carbon steel plate, fixed to the wooden structure. A stopper ensures that the wood does not come into direct contact with the ground, preventing rot. Attached to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel bolts. Treated with primer and colored powder coating. Powder coating is the most advanced, eco-friendly surface treatment for corrosion protection.

Wooden Parts:
Made of glued laminated pine beams, visible grade. Technically dried, finger-jointed and laminated pine, free from strength-reducing defects and optical flaws. By removing weak points and using laminated construction, it meets DIN EN 14080:2013, with a strength class of GL24h. Contains no loose or dark knots. Planed, sanded on all sides, splinter-free with rounded edges. The surface treatment is eco-friendly, providing durable protection against weather conditions. UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based thick glaze and a natural anti-fungal agent. All bolts are protected with rounded plastic covers that cannot be removed without tools.

The aluminum seat plate of both the flat swing and the safety baby seat is covered with flexible rubber, giving the seat a warm touch and minimizing the risk of injury to other children during swinging. The baby seat’s safety bars are made of UV-resistant, wear-resistant, shatterproof plastic. The supporting chain is made of 5 mm galvanized steel, with links designed to prevent finger pinching during use.

For the nest swing, the connecting chain is made of 6 mm galvanized steel, attached to a Y-shaped twisted steel-reinforced, polyethylene-coated rope to ensure stability while swinging.

A round stainless steel tube frame provides rigidity to the basket, covered with UV-resistant polyethylene rope braiding. Inside the basket, a spider-web pattern is formed from twisted, steel-reinforced, UV-stabilized polyethylene ropes, joined at intersections and connected to the outer steel frame with pressed aluminum sleeves.

Installation:
The equipment is fixed by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete foundation, ensure the concrete ends at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has hardened (curing time at least 10–15 days depending on weather), the equipment can be safely used.
