The climbing tunnel is recommended from nursery age. Crawling through the tunnel helps children develop agility and offers many opportunities for imaginative play – for example, it can serve as a “den” in a game of tag. The tunnel entrance is set low, making it suitable even for toddlers. From start to finish, it provides great entertainment. The side benches add further possibilities for resting or social play. Installation:
The four support posts are placed into dug foundations so that the wooden posts stand in a vertical position. A 5 cm gap should be left between the ground and the bottom of the beams. After positioning, fill the holes with concrete, leaving the surface 20 cm below ground level. Once the concrete has been properly compacted, the remaining space is filled with soil or other loose material. According to playground standards, no additional impact-absorbing surface is required due to the low fall height (grass is sufficient).
