The rope bridge consists of 3 main elements: two supporting frames and a 16 mm steel-core rope bridge.

The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 standards and is supplied with a playground safety certificate.
Materials and structural design:
- Wooden parts: Glulam pine beams, visible quality. Made of technically dried, finger-jointed and laminated pine, with defects and visual imperfections removed to ensure strength and appearance. The laminated structure complies with DIN EN 14080:2013, strength class GL24h. Board material quality AB – free of knots and imperfections. Planed, sanded on all sides, splinter-free with rounded edges. Surface treatment is eco-friendly, UV-resistant, weatherproof, applied in two coats of water-based thick-layer stain and natural anti-fungal protection. All bolts are protected with rounded plastic caps that cannot be removed without tools.
- Rope elements: Vandal-resistant, twisted steel-core ropes with polyethylene coating, UV-resistant, 16 mm diameter. Rope junctions are secured with molded plastic nodes and pressed aluminum sleeves connected to the frame structure.
- Steel support legs: Made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plates, fixed to the wooden structure. A stopper ensures the wood does not touch the ground directly, preventing rot. Each leg is fastened with at least four long steel bolts. Powder coating provides durable, environmentally friendly corrosion protection.
Installation:
The four support legs are sunk into dug holes, ensuring the horizontal beams are level and set 90 cm above ground level. The holes are then filled with concrete, stopping 20 cm below the ground surface. After proper compaction, the remaining space is backfilled with soil or other loose material. According to playground safety standards, no special impact-absorbing surface is required due to the low fall height (a grass surface is sufficient).
