Product features:
Locomotive-shaped structure made of waterproof plywood and laminated pine, designed in colorful finishes.

The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 standards and comes with playground compliance certification.

Materials and structural design:

  • Wooden parts: Laminated pine beams of visible quality, technically dried and finger-jointed. Weak points are removed during production, and the laminated structure meets DIN EN 14080:2013 standards, strength class GL24h. Boards are AB quality, free from loose or black knots. All surfaces are planed, sanded, splinter-free, and rounded.
  • Surface treatment: Eco-friendly, highly resistant to weather conditions, UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based wood stain and a natural antifungal agent.
  • Tunnel: Passageway made of colorful PVC tube with a diameter of 750 mm.

Installation:

  • Indoor use: Fixed to the floor with adhesive.
  • Outdoor use: Anchored by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete foundations, ensure that they finish at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has cured (minimum 10–15 days depending on weather), the equipment can be safely used.
  • Fall height: 100 cm (According to MSZ EN 1777, no additional shock-absorbing surface such as sand or rubber tiles is required; well-maintained grass provides adequate protection.)
  • Fall zone: 33.4 m²
