Product features:
A train car–shaped structure made of waterproof laminated plywood, laminated pine, and powder-coated colorful handrails, fixed to a galvanized and powder-coated leg that can be concreted into the ground.

The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 standards and comes with certified playground conformity.

Materials and structural design:

  • Support leg: Made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plate, fixed to the wooden structure, with a stopper that prevents direct ground contact, protecting against rot. Connected to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel bolts. Primed and powder-coated for protection. Powder coating is the most advanced eco-friendly surface treatment for corrosion resistance.
  • Wooden parts: Laminated pine beams, visible quality. Technically dried, finger-jointed, and laminated pine with defective or visually inadequate sections removed. Meets DIN EN 14080:2013 standards with a strength class of GL24h. Planks are AB quality, free of knots or defects, planed, sanded, splinter-free, and with rounded edges.
  • Surface treatment: Eco-friendly, highly resistant to weather conditions, UV-resistant, applied in two layers with water-based stain and natural anti-fungal protection.

Installation:
The play equipment is secured by concreting the powder-coated metal support legs. When preparing the concrete footing, ensure that it ends at least 20 cm below ground level. After curing (10–15 days depending on weather), the equipment can be used safely.

  • Fall height: 0 cm (According to MSZ EN 1777, no additional impact-absorbing surface is required; maintained grass is sufficient.)
  • Fall zone: 15.4 m²
