Product features:
One side of the structure features a climbing net made of 16 mm thick vandal-resistant, steel-reinforced rope, while the opposite side is equipped with a climbing wall built from climbing holds of various shapes and sizes.
Thanks to the inclined sides, even the youngest children can easily climb on it. At the same time, due to its low fall height, it can be safely used without a special shock-absorbing surface.
The equipment is recommended for children aged 1–14 years.
The product complies with the MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 standard and comes with a playground compliance certificate.
Materials and structural design:
- Support legs: Bent sheet carbon steel with powder coating, fixed to the wooden structure. A protective buffer prevents the wood from direct ground contact, reducing the risk of rot. Attached with at least four long steel bolts. The components are primed and powder-coated, which is the most modern, environmentally friendly surface treatment for corrosion protection.
- Wooden parts: Glued laminated pine beams of visible quality, technically dried and finger-jointed. Structural weaknesses and optical defects are eliminated during production. Meets DIN EN 14080:2013 standards, strength class GL24h. Boards are AB quality, free from loose or black knots. All surfaces are planed, sanded, splinter-free, and rounded. The eco-friendly surface treatment ensures high resistance to weather conditions. UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based wood stain and a natural antifungal agent.
- Climbing wall: Made of waterproof plywood with special resin climbing holds.
- Climbing net: Vandal-resistant, steel-reinforced rope with polyethylene coating, UV-resistant, with plastic pressed rope junctions.
Installation:
The equipment is fixed into concrete using the powder-coated steel legs. When preparing the concrete foundation, ensure that it finishes at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has fully set (minimum curing time 10–15 days, depending on weather conditions), the equipment can be safely used.
