Product features:
One side of the climber is equipped with a 16 mm vandal-resistant steel-reinforced rope net, while the opposite side features a ladder climber. Thanks to its inclined sides, even the youngest children can easily climb on it, while the low fall height makes it safe to use without special impact-absorbing surfacing.
Recommended for children aged 1–14 years.
The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 standards and comes with certified playground conformity.
Materials and structural design:
- Support legs: Made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plates, attached to the wooden structure. A stopper ensures the wood does not come into direct contact with the ground, preventing rot. Each post is fixed with at least 4 long steel bolts. Powder-coated finish provides durable, eco-friendly corrosion protection.
- Ladder climber: Made of powder-coated steel tubes.
- Wooden parts: Laminated pine beams, visible grade. Technically dried, finger-jointed, and laminated pine, free of defects that reduce strength or affect appearance. Meets DIN EN 14080:2013 standard with strength grade GL24h. Boards are AB quality, free of loose or black knots. All surfaces are planed, sanded, splinter-free, and with rounded edges. Treated with eco-friendly, weather-resistant, UV-stable water-based glaze and natural anti-fungal coating, applied in two layers.
- Rope net: Made of vandal-resistant, steel-reinforced, polyethylene-coated safety ropes, UV-resistant, with plastic pressed joints and aluminum sleeves connecting to the frame.
Installation:
The climber is anchored by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete footing, ensure it ends at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has cured (10–15 days depending on weather), the equipment can be safely used.
