This product offers a shared play experience across generations. The baby swing allows the youngest children to swing safely, while the flat swing lets older siblings or friends join in the fun.
The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 and MSZ EN 1176-2:2017+AC standards and comes with a playground conformity certificate.
Materials and construction:
The support legs are made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plates, attached to the wooden structure with a bumper that prevents the wood from touching the ground directly, protecting it from rot. They are fixed to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel screws. The steel is primed and powder-coated, which is the most modern, environmentally friendly surface treatment method for corrosion protection.
Wooden parts: Laminated pine beams of visible quality. Technically dried, finger-jointed laminated pine, free of strength-reducing and optical defects. By eliminating weak points and using laminated construction, the beams comply with DIN EN 14080:2013, strength grade GL24h. No loose or black knots. All sides are planed, sanded, splinter-free, and have rounded edges.
The surface treatment is environmentally friendly, providing durable protection against weather conditions. UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based thick glaze and a natural fungicidal agent.
The flat swing and the safety baby swing are both made with aluminium inserts surrounded by flexible rubber, making the seating surfaces warm to the touch and minimizing the risk of injury to other children while swinging. The protective bars of the baby swing are made of UV-resistant, wear-resistant, shatterproof plastic. The swing seats are suspended on 5 mm thick electro-galvanized steel chains, with links designed to prevent children’s hands from being pinched during use.
The swing hangers’ metal parts are fully galvanized to prevent rusting. Greasing the plastic sliding inserts ensures smooth swinging and minimal maintenance.
Vandal-resistant design — disassembly requires special tools.
Installation:
The swing is secured by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete blocks, care must be taken to finish them at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has cured (minimum curing time 10–15 days depending on weather conditions), the equipment can be safely used.
