Materials and construction:
The support legs are made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plates, attached to the wooden structure with bumpers to prevent direct contact with the ground, thus protecting the wood from rot. The legs are fixed to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel screws. The steel parts are primed and powder-coated. Powder coating is the most modern, environmentally friendly surface treatment method for corrosion protection.
Wooden parts: Glued laminated pine beams of visible quality. Technically dried, finger-jointed laminated pine, free from defects that reduce strength or visual quality. The elimination of weak points and laminated construction meet the requirements of DIN EN 14080:2013, with a strength grade of GL24h. The beams contain no loose or black knots. All sides are planed, sanded, splinter-free, and have rounded edges.
The surface treatment is environmentally friendly, providing durable protection against weather conditions. UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based thick glaze and a natural fungicidal agent.
All screws are covered with rounded plastic caps that cannot be removed without tools.
Installation:
The equipment is secured by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs.
The support posts are also fixed by concreting, ensuring that the concrete block ends at least 20 cm below ground level.
