The nest swing is one of the most versatile swing types, as even the youngest children can safely lie inside it. Older children can sit together in the basket, or the more adventurous ones can even stand while swinging.
The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1:2018 and MSZ EN 1176-2:2017+AC standards and comes with a playground conformity certificate.
Materials and construction:
The support legs are made of bent, powder-coated carbon steel plates, fixed to the wooden structure with a bumper that prevents direct ground contact, protecting the wood from rot. Each leg is connected to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel screws. The steel parts are primed and powder-coated, which is the most modern, environmentally friendly corrosion protection method.
Wooden parts: Laminated pine beams of visible quality. Technically dried, finger-jointed laminated pine, free of strength-reducing and visual defects. By removing weak points and using laminated construction, the beams comply with DIN EN 14080:2013, strength grade GL24h. Board material: AB quality, without loose or black knots. All sides are planed, sanded, splinter-free, with rounded edges. Surface treatment is environmentally friendly, UV-resistant, applied in two layers with water-based thick glaze and a natural fungicidal agent, ensuring strong resistance to weather conditions. All screws are covered with rounded plastic caps that cannot be removed without tools.
The connecting chain is a 6 mm galvanized steel chain that links to a Y-shaped, twisted, steel-reinforced, polyethylene-coated rope, ensuring stability during swinging.
The basket’s rigidity is provided by a round stainless steel tube frame, covered externally with UV-resistant polyethylene rope braiding. The inside of the basket is made of a spiderweb-patterned net of twisted, steel-reinforced, UV-stabilized, polyethylene-coated ropes, braided at the junction points and connected to the outer steel tube with pressed aluminium sleeves.

Installation:
The swing is secured by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete blocks, ensure that the concrete ends at least 20 cm below ground level.
