Product Features:
This product comes with a 120 cm platform height, a 2.5-meter-long slide, and 1 aluminum-reinforced flat swing, suitable for children aged 3–14 years. Our playground equipment is delivered with polyester slides with integrated seating bars available on our website.

Recommended for public playgrounds, kindergartens, nurseries, and schools, from 3 years of age. Installation requires an impact-absorbing surface in accordance with MSZ EN 1177, suitable for a 1.2 m fall height.

The product complies with standards MSZ EN 1176-1;3:2018 and MSZ EN 1176-2:2017+AC:2020, and has a playground compliance certificate.

Materials and Structural Design:
The support leg is made of edge-bent, powder-coated carbon steel plate, fixed to the wooden structure. A stopper ensures that the wood does not come into direct contact with the ground, preventing rot. Attached to the wooden posts with at least 4 long steel bolts. Treated with primer and colored powder coating. Powder coating is the most advanced, eco-friendly surface treatment for corrosion protection.

Wooden Parts:
Made of glued laminated pine beams, visible grade. Technically dried, finger-jointed and laminated pine. By removing weak points and using laminated construction, it meets DIN EN 14080:2013, with a strength class of GL24h. Board material is AB quality, containing no loose or dark knots. Planed, sanded on all sides, splinter-free with rounded edges.

The surface treatment is eco-friendly, providing durable protection against weather conditions. UV-resistant, treated with two layers of water-based thick glaze and a natural anti-fungal agent.

All bolts are protected with rounded plastic covers that cannot be removed without tools.

Handrails and climbing parts are made of UV-resistant polyethylene plastic, while powder-coated steel handrails and climbing elements ensure a safe grip, avoiding risks of finger or head entrapment.

The polyester slide is made entirely of polyester plastic, retaining its color and sliding quality even after natural wear. Thanks to the wave-shaped design, the lower run-out section slows down the sliding child, preventing them from being ejected at the end.

The swing seats are suspended with galvanized, plastic bearing swing joints secured with through-bolting and locknuts. Chain connectors are threaded and fixed with self-locking nuts. The galvanized chains (5 mm and 6 mm link sizes) are designed to avoid finger pinching. At connection points, shackles with internal hex screws and self-locking nuts are used.

The swing seats’ rigidity is ensured by an internal rounded-corner aluminum frame. The entire outer surface is covered with soft-touch, flexible rubber coating, minimizing the risk of accidents.

Installation:
The equipment is fixed by concreting the powder-coated steel support legs. When preparing the concrete foundation, ensure the concrete ends at least 20 cm below ground level.
