Product features:
Vandal-resistant, maintenance-free premium playground equipment. Similar to swinging, the use of spring riders supports the development of motor coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. It also encourages imaginative role play and muscle development, as children engage their entire body to set the toy in motion.

Designed for public playgrounds, this excavator-shaped spring rider is made of durable HDPE plastic, resistant to heavy use and weather conditions. The excavator spring rider can also be connected to our Trailer Spring Rider using a special connector element (sold separately, available in our webshop).

Recommended for children aged 3–8 years.

The product complies with MSZ EN 1176-1 and 1176-6 standards and comes with a playground safety compliance certificate.

Materials and structure:

• Structure made of durable HDPE plastic
• Reinforced plastic handles with anti-slip profile
• Spring: Ø 20 mm thick, Ø 200 mm diameter, 400 mm height, made of powder-coated steel

Installation:
Installation can be carried out professionally using the provided assembly diagram.
Before concreting the steel base, check that the seat structure is level and that the upper plate of the steel base is flush with the ground surface.
When preparing the concrete footing, ensure it is finished at least 20 cm below ground level. After the concrete has hardened (curing time approx. 10–15 days depending on weather conditions), the play equipment can be used safely.
